		<description>In the simplest of ways, I think of how TinyURL&#039;s are used to within Twitter and other platforms to link folks to relevant content.  It&#039;s quite an amazing practice that discloses a trust relationship with the individual &quot;pitching&quot; the link.  The link is blind, but we surmise from the context of the individual presenting that it will lead to content with value.</description>
